Okee dokee, time for some songage this fine Tuesday!

The Doors - Break on through to the other Side
I don't really have a reason for choosing this, it just stuck out of my mind and I really felt like listening to it. Brilliant!

Late of the Pier - Broken
Something off their recently released debut, Fantasy Black Channel, listened to it just now and rather enjoyed it. So thought it fitting to post here.

Biffy Clyro - Semi-mental
My favourite Biffy song, I love these Scots and really do need to delve into their back catalogue.

The Strokes - The End has no End
To be frank, it doesn't does it? This more mellow Strokes song features a vocally subdued Julian and all round a brilliant song. Love it!

Babyshambles - French Dog Blues
Just a bit of Pete to round off the week. This was the title of their second album till it changed to, not as good in my opinion, Shotter's Nation.

Yeah, a bit electic this week but oh well, all are rather good tracks. Enjoy!

Relatively new, well they've been about for a bit actually, Late of the Pier are an amazing band.

I was going to place this into my weekly Tuneage post, however they deserve an entire post to themselves!

I love both the following songs, they have a real unique sound as a band.

Late of the Pier - The Bears are Coming

This second song I must thank music blog The World Forgot for leading me to, upon reading his wise musings, I downloaded and now love this track! He is right, it IS impossible to sit still though it.

Late of the Pier - Focker

Now for the general update, I've been doing a fair bit of posting today, I think I got about 100 hits purely for my earlier post on Coldplay's 'Viva la Vida' which was not in the least shocking. I love blogging but would like to know if anyone reads it! Pleased with my own progress so far, I think it can only get better, right?
